How much should I be making an hour?
Working as a Professional Floral Designer. I have a degree in Horticulture and 10 years of experience + labor. My work experience includes but is not limited to: (this is what I do every day) Design / organization fresh cut and silk flowers by request the customer, answer the phone, serving customers, taking care of plants (irrigation etc), processing of fresh meat when first entering, cleaning and shop-basic to maintain, casual delivery, some basic computer work, order a product wholesale (not very often if ..) and management of the store when the boss is not here … it seems like most of the time …… I am his only employee and get $ 8.10 per hour … I'm screwing or what? If she gives me a increase, which cuts the number of hours of work. Oh, I live in Central NY state …. not near the city My title has a lot to do with my work .. .. I majored floral design is my primary area of interest in college … everything else was a bonus as courses ….( greenhouse mngmnt …)
